Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Security and safety: Bondable
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to stand for extended periods, working under pressure and strong attention to detail
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
- The candidates should be able to plan menus, determine the size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
- The candidates should be able to inspect kitchens and food service areas, order supplies and equipment and supervise kitchen staff and helpers
- The candidates should be able to maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
- The candidates should be able to clean the kitchen and work areas and manage kitchen operations
