Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 3 to less than 5 years’
Cuisine specialties: Japanese cuisine
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be reliable, and be able to work as a team player
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
- The candidates should be able to prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by dietitian or chef
- The candidates should be able to train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food, supervise kitchen staff and helpers
