Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have experience working in a food truck
- The candidates should possess current Food Handler’s and Smart Choices certificates
- The candidates should have extensive knowledge of food handling and sanitation standards
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to spend time preparing recipe ingredients and assembling dishes to be served to guests
- The candidates should be able to ensure the highest caliber of food standards by managing fresh inventory levels, addressing guest dietary restrictions, and adhering to strict food safety requirements
- The candidates should be able to support the service team by assisting in food expedition and service, and potentially work with various Home Office teams to deliver on special events and occasional catering orders
- The candidates should be able to provide training and coaching to the service team while promoting a positive team environment
