Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be experienced in handling repetitive tasks
- The candidates should be comfortable standing for extended periods and have a strong attention to detail
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be dedicated to client focus and possess efficient interpersonal skills
- The candidates should be recognized for their reliability and be collaborative team players
- The candidates should show initiative in their tasks and responsibilities, be known for their dependability, have the ability to multitask efficiently, and maintain a positive attitude in the workplace
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to operate dishwashers for washing dishes, glassware, and flatware, package take-out food, and stock refrigerators and salad bars
- The candidates should be able to use manual and electrical appliances for cleaning, peeling, slicing, and trimming foodstuffs, clean and sanitize the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment, and handle and store cleaning products
- The candidates should be able to receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas, remove kitchen garbage and trash, and sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors. Additionally, they should be able to clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units, and wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit
