Experience: Candidates should have 1 year experience in a driving role (deliver/courier experience
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have the ability to lift 70 lbs. and maneuver any package weighing up to 150 lbs. with appropriate equipment
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should possess knowledge of Federal Express Canada features of service
- The candidates should have excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers
- The candidates should possess a valid driver’s license and have a good driving record
- The candidates should be bilingual in French and English, in the province of Quebec
- The candidates should achieve the minimum threshold on mandatory pre-placement driver assessment training
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to provide courteous and efficient pick-up and delivery of packages on an assigned route
- The candidates should be able to check all shipments for conformance to Federal Express Canada features of service
- The candidates should be able to provide related customer service functions
- The candidates should be able to handle packages with care and attention to detail
- The candidates should be able to navigate assigned routes efficiently and safely
- The candidates should be able to resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
