Salary: $17.00 to $25.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 40 to 50 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: Leamington, ON
Shifts: Day, Weekend, Early Morning, Morning
Work setting: rural area, various locations
Type of crops: Bell peppers, Cucumbers, Strawberries, Tomatoes

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be comfortable working in dusty, noisy, and wet/damp environments
  • The candidates should be capable of working in a fast-paced environment, handling pressure effectively, and performing physically demanding and repetitive tasks with meticulous attention to detail
  • The candidates should be prepared for overtime when required, and comfortable with standing for extended periods, as well as tasks involving bending, crouching, and kneeling

Other Requirements:

  • The candidate should be a team player

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidate should be able to operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
