Salary: $17.00 to $25.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 40 to 50 hours per week
Employment Type: Term or contract Full time
Location: 109 Fraser Rd, Leamington, ON N8H 4E9, Canada
Shifts: Day, Weekend, Early Morning, Morning
Work setting: Rural area
Type of crops:
Bell peppers, cucumbers, strawberries, and tomatoes

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to work in wet/damp, noisy, and dusty conditions
  • The candidates should be adaptable to a fast-paced environment and capable of working under pressure
  • The candidates should be prepared for repetitive, physically demanding tasks, with attention to detail
  • The candidates should be comfortable with standing for extended periods and performing bending, crouching, and kneeling tasks
  • The candidates should be open to working overtime when required

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should be capable of collaborating as a team player

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
