Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Area of specialization: Cleaning
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in all weather conditions and efficiently manage repetitive tasks
- The candidates should be able to work under pressure and handle physically demanding tasks, including lifting and handling heavy loads up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
- The candidates should be able to perform tasks requiring bending, crouching, and kneeling, demonstrating attention to detail
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to exhibit dependability and reliability in their work, as well as display flexibility in their work approach.
- The candidates should be able to take initiative when necessary and manage their time effectively
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- Candidates should be able to sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, stairs, and clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas
- Candidates should be able to empty trash cans and other waste containers, perform safety and security checks, and clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures
- Candidates should be able to work with minimal supervision
