Salary: $17.00 to $20.00 hourly (To be negotiated) 30 to 35 hours per week
Employment Type: Seasonal employment Part time

Shifts: Day, Weekend, Flexible Hours, Morning

Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Area of experience: Cleaning
Equipment: Industrial vacuum cleaners/power sweepers, Carpet cleaning machine
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in all weather conditions and be physically capable of meeting demanding tasks, including bending, crouching, and kneeling
- The candidates should be capable of working under pressure, performing repetitive tasks, and lifting up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate dependability, reliability, flexibility, and initiative
- The candidates should exhibit excellent oral communication and exercise good judgment
- The candidates should be organized
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs, and operate industrial vacuum cleaners proficiently to maintain cleanliness and safety
- The candidates should be able to empty trash cans and waste containers regularly, wash windows, walls, and ceilings, and move heavy furniture and supplies using proper techniques
- The candidates should be able to clean and disinfect bathrooms thoroughly, demonstrating self-motivation and initiative while working with minimal supervision to complete tasks efficiently
