Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of a high school diploma
Experience: Candidates should have 1+ years of relevant experience

- The candidate should possess an undergraduate degree or equivalent, strong administrative, organizational, planning, and time management skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- The candidate should have hands-on experience using MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and internet applications
- The candidate should be a proactive individual who can exercise initiative and maintain accuracy and attention to detail while handling multiple tasks and shifting priorities
- The candidate should be a dynamic communicator with strong customer service skills, able to connect with diverse individuals both verbally and in writing in a calm, courteous, and effective manner
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to process financial transactions like deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments in accordance with standardized operating procedures, industry regulations, and TD’s Code of Conduct and Ethics
- The candidate should be able to understand and assess customer needs to recommend tailored solutions while maintaining discretion in confidential matters
- The candidate should be able to respond to and resolve customers’ concerns using standard procedures and escalate non-standard issues
- The candidate should be able to achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing business processes promptly and accurately
- The candidate should be able to connect personally with customers to provide clear and appropriate advice on banking solutions and processes
- The candidate should be able to help build a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment by promoting team effectiveness and participating in personal performance development
- The candidate should be able to support the team by respecting coworkers, demonstrating dedication, and providing updates on the status of routine activities
