Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience in Technical Support or HPBX implementation

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have telecom knowledge ranging from traditional services to SIP and VoIP
  • The candidates should possess data access knowledge, such as DSL, Fiber, LTE, etc.
  • The candidates should have basic networking knowledge
  • The candidates should have strong verbal, written, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be fully bilingual to support both French and English customers
  • The candidates should communicate with the customer throughout the onboarding life cycle and post-deployment to ensure satisfaction in the first 90 days, including customer-facing meetings to present project overviews
  • The candidates should coordinate the ordering of access circuits with our carriers
  • The candidates should coordinate hardware provisioning to satisfy the customer’s order
  • The candidates should provision customer orders via our CRM per the signed agreement
  • The candidates should gather any requirements from the customer to successfully provision their cloud services
  • The candidates should ensure the customer understands how to use all services they have purchased
  • The candidates should keep wiki documentation up to date
