Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the Bilingual Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • The candidates should be able to work with attention to detail
  • The candidates should be willing to for overtime

Other Requirements:

  • The candidate should be punctual, client focus, organized, initiative, flexible, reliable, and judgmental
  • The candidates should have excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, efficient interpersonal skills, and be able to work as a team player

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position


  • The candidates should be able to address customers’ complaints or concerns, access and process information, answer inquiries and provide information to customers
  • The candidates should be able to arrange for billing for services, explain the type and cost of services offered, issue receipts and other forms
  • The candidates should be able to maintain records and statistics, order office supplies and maintain inventory, perform general office duties, conduct public opinion and attitude surveys
  • The candidates should be able to receive credit and employment applications, receive payments, answer written and oral inquiries, co-ordinate special publicity events and promotions
  • The candidates should be able to develop and organize workshops, meetings, ceremonies and other events for publicity, fundraising and information purposes, gather, research and prepare communications material, assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters and other material


  • The candidates will get mileage paid, gasoline paid, bonus, and other benefits
