Williams Food Equipment, based in Windsor, ON is inviting applications from suitable candidates for the position of Customer service agent. Williams Food Equipment is a 100% Canadian-owned and operated family business that has been supplying high-quality cookware and kitchenware since 1968. Richard “Dick” Williams came to Windsor in 1952 and started the business and became the top Canadian sales rep for Berkel Products, for 15 years running. This promoted Dick Williams to open his own business in 1968, “Williams Food Equipment Co. Ltd” on Parent Ave in Windsor, Ontario, Canada. The candidates who will get selected for the vacancy will be required to start the work as soon as possible.

Salary: $15.00 hourly for 16 to 32 hours per week

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language.
Education: Candidates must need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, although having experience is an asset
Computer and Technology Knowledge: Database software, Enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, Internet, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Windows, MS Word

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidate should be able to do attention to detail
  • The candidate should be able to do bending, crouching, and kneeling
  • The candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • The candidate should be able to work under pressure
