Salary: $17.00 hourly for 15 to 30 hours per week

Location: Woodstock, ON
Shifts: Day, Weekend

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, however experience is an asset
Security and safety: Basic security clearance, Bondable, Credit check, and Criminal record check

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should have attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in every task
  • The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks efficiently
  • The candidates should demonstrate the ability to work effectively under pressure, maintaining productivity and quality
  • The candidates should be capable of performing repetitive tasks consistently and accurately
  • The candidates should be comfortable standing for extended periods during work hours

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to address customers’ complaints or concerns promptly and effectively, aiming for satisfactory resolutions
  • The candidates should be able to answer inquiries and provide accurate information to customers regarding products or services
  • The candidates should be able to explain the type and cost of services offered clearly and professionally
  • The candidates should be able to issue receipts and other necessary forms accurately
  • The candidates should be able to obtain and examine all relevant information to assess client feedback, inquiries, and complaints, ensuring the delivery of meaningful information and services
  • The candidates should be able to perform general office duties as required, such as filing, organizing paperwork, and scheduling appointments
  • The candidates should be able to receive payments from customers accurately and securely, following established procedures
