Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates must possess a high school diploma or educational equivalent. A college diploma is preferred
Experience: Candidates should have minimum threshold on mandatory pre-placement driver assessment training
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates must have the ability to lift 70 lbs and to maneuver any package weighing up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should preferably have knowledge of Canadian Customs regulations.
- The candidates should preferably have knowledge of FedEx Express and Ground products and services
- The candidates must be able to operate in a PC windows environment
- The candidates should be bilingual (French and English) in the province of Quebec
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to provide accurate information and assistance to customers requiring direct customer interface
- The candidates should be able to perform administrative duties necessary for efficient operations
- The candidates should be able to promote continued sales and generate potential incremental revenue wherever possible
