Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have previous experience working in a customer service-related environment
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- The candidates should have experience using computers, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with Xplor Recreation
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to process pass and membership sales efficiently and accurately
- The candidate should be able to register customers for programs using the appropriate systems
- The candidate should be able to coordinate facility rentals and ensure accurate booking information
- The candidate should be able to operate both CLASS and POS systems for transactions and registrations
- The candidate should be able to provide accurate and helpful information to customers and potential customers both in person and over the phone
