Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering, math and business
Experience: Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience working in a SaaS environment
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to travel 25% to 35%
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have 5+ years of experience leading large-scale technical or engineering programs, with a proven track record of thought leadership, business case development, customer benefit realization, and successful program completion
- The candidates should have at least 3 years of customer-facing experience, engaging with customer executives, technologists, or partners to address business challenges using advanced technologies
- The candidates should have experience leading both technical and non-technical transformation project teams, demonstrating the ability to collaborate across broad functional areas
- The candidates should hold a PMP certification or a certification in SCRUM/Agile or SAFe methodologies
- The candidates should have experience implementing cloud services, including migrations and modernization projects or similar initiatives
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to leverage a strong technical background to understand and solve complex business problems effectively
- The candidates should be able to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities at both the executive and project team levels
- The candidates should be able to act as peer leaders, gaining stakeholder buy-in, negotiating effectively, and leading cross-functional teams
- The candidates should be able to apply their enterprise cloud experience and commitment to operational excellence to influence team decisions and deliver secure, robust solutions
- The candidates should be able to evangelize AWS services and successfully influence customers to adopt them
- The candidates should be able to deliver exceptional customer experiences by deploying AWS solutions and driving innovation throughout the migration process
- The candidates should be able to contribute actively to the day-to-day management of a customer’s successful migration to AWS
