Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to shift, slide, and move packages from a conveyor belt to their work desk and then push shipments back to the conveyance system
  • The candidates should be able to safely lift packages up to 70lbs unassisted
  • The candidates should have availability to work flexible shift hours

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have excellent communication skills
  • The candidates should demonstrate an accurate typing speed of 40+ words per minute
  • The candidates should possess the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to ensure the accuracy of the information on the UPS database and make corrections where appropriate
  • The candidates should be able to ensure shipments meet export and import country compliance processes
  • The candidates should be able to work in a warehouse environment and must be okay with standing and moving packages as needed
  • The candidates should be able to audit packages to ensure internal and external regulatory compliance
  • The candidates should be able to key in data accurately within time-specific deadlines into UPS systems
  • The candidates should be able to check and forward legal documentation
  • The candidates should be able to use smartphone technology to capture and edit JPEG files
  • The candidates should be able to provide administrative support to the Management team
