Salary: $44.00 hourly for 35 to 40 hours per week

Shifts: Day, Morning
Work setting: Consulting firm
Supervision: 1 to 2 people

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as Bachelor’s degree
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • The candidates should be capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
  • The candidates should have attention to detail in their tasks
  • The candidates should be comfortable with extended periods of sitting

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should be accurate, client focus, initiative, and organized
  • The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills, along with excellent oral and written communication abilities
  • The candidates should be a team player, fostering collaboration within the team, and demonstrate adaptability in various work situations

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to develop and implement data administration policy, standards, and models
  • The candidates should be able to research, document data requirements, and establish policies for data collection, administration, and access rules
  • The candidates should be able to develop policies and procedures for network access, usage, and the backup and recovery of data
  • The candidates should be able to conduct research and advise other information systems professionals on the collection, availability, and suitability of data
  • The candidates should be able to lead and coordinate teams of data administrators ensuring the development and implementation of data policies, standards, and models
  • The candidates should be able to write scripts related to stored procedures and triggers
