Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Credentials: Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks and other 2-axle vehicles)
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- The candidates should be adept at managing tight deadlines
- The candidates should be prepared for physically demanding tasks
- The candidates should be capable of handling heavy loads
- The candidates should have attention to detail
- The candidates should be able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have a client-focused approach and exhibit flexibility
- The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills, exercise good judgment, and be organized
- The candidates should be reliable team players, show initiative, and demonstrate excellent oral communication while maintaining accuracy
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorized (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to operate and drive automobiles, vans, and light trucks to pick up and deliver various items and products, demonstrating professionalism in customer service
- The candidates should be able to prepare, package, and restock goods, load and unload items, and record trip information such as vehicle mileage, fuel costs, and any problems
- The candidates should perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections, oversee all aspects of the vehicle, keep a record of items received and delivered, and provide customer service, including delivering and picking up messages, parcels, and other items by hand
