Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English or French Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots, cellular phone, gloves, and computer
Credentials: Class 4/4F/F/4A-B-C Licence (ambulances, emergency vehicles, and buses with fewer than 24 passengers), Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks, and other 2-axle vehicles), and First Aid Certificate
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working outdoors and have experience with motor vehicles
- The candidates should demonstrate attention to detail and be skilled in handling heavy loads, capable of working effectively under pressure and thriving in a fast-paced environment
- The candidates should be capable of handling weights exceeding 45 kg (100 lbs), demonstrating attention to detail, and thriving in a fast-paced environment, even under pressure

- The candidates should prioritize client focus and possess efficient interpersonal skills, demonstrating excellent oral communication and exercising good judgment

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to deliver and pick up messages, parcels, and other items efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate delivery, and operate various vehicles safely
- The candidates should be able to demonstrate professionalism in customer service, maintaining a courteous demeanor when interacting with customers, and handle transactions accurately
- The candidates should be able to maintain organized records of items received and delivered, accept payments securely, and relay information to central dispatch promptly for effective communication
- The candidates should be able to deliver newspapers, flyers, and packages according to distribution routes, prepare goods for delivery, and coordinate logistics for events or assemblies
- The candidates should be able to load and unload goods safely, sort packages accurately, and use maps and trip planning aids to navigate routes efficiently
- The candidates should be able to record trip information, set appointments for the sales team, and perform administrative tasks related to delivery operations
- The candidates should be able to provide excellent customer service, address inquiries and concerns promptly, and ensure vehicles undergo necessary inspections for safety and roadworthiness
