Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates should have considerable experience in the relevant field
Physical Requirements:
- The candidate should have the ability to lift up to 70 lbs. (35 kg) without assistance and up to 150 lbs. (68 kg) with assistance
- The candidate should have the ability to read and navigate using map books, be a minimum of 21 years of age (for insurance purposes
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should possess a valid driver’s license, provide a driver’s abstract prior to completing the road test
- The candidate should have a clean driver’s abstract that meets the following conditions:
a) No at-fault accidents within the last 3 years
b) No traffic violations within the last 12 months
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to work in a physical, fast-paced, outdoor environment delivering packages in residential areas
- The candidate should be able to demonstrate excellent customer contact and driving skills, maintain compliance with UPS appearance guidelines
- The candidate should be able to hold and maintain a valid driver’s license, navigate and cover multiple residential areas
- The candidate should be able to utilize map-reading skills to support efficient and accurate deliveries
