Salary: $22.00 to $24.00 hourly (to be negotiated) 6 to 12 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Part time
Location: Brantford, ON
Transportation information: Own transportation, Valid driver’s licence
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 3 to less than 5 years’
Transportation/travel experience: Local
Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots
Credentials: Air Brake (Z) Endorsement, Forklift Operator Certification, Driver’s License (Class 3 or D)
Security and safety: Criminal record check, Driving record check (abstract)
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to handle weight Up to 45 kg (100 lbs)
- The candidates should be able to handle heavy loads
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be client focus, organized, flexible, reliable, and judgmental.
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorized (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to operate and drive automobiles, vans and light trucks to pick up and deliver various items and products
- The candidates should be able to professionalism in customer service, assemble, install and set-up merchandise/products
- The candidates should be able to load and unload goods
- The candidates should be able to use maps and other trip planning aids
- The candidates should be able to perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle
