Salary: $17.00 to $24.00 hourly (to be negotiated) 36 to 42 hours per week

Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Asset languages: Mandarin, Cantonese
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as College/CEGEP
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, operate switchboard or telephone system
- The candidates should be able to record and relay information, schedule and confirm appointments
- The candidates should be able to receive and issue payments
- The candidates should be able to answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- The candidates should be able to calculate billing charges
