Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail environment, preferably at a supervisory level

  • The candidates should be able to establish and nurture relationships with customers while also providing mentorship and guidance to their team to uphold a high standard of customer experience

  • The candidates should be able to devise and execute a daily game and sales plan for the footwear department
