Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have bachelor or Master degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience Developing with K8s Operator patterns, building operators and the Golang/Python specific k8s-client libraries and semantics

Other Requirements:

The candidates should be familiar with 4G or 5G concepts and architectures, ideally from core networks, to understand discussions and lead prioritization and decision processes, and the methods and tools associated with testing them
The candidates should be experienced in authoring Custom Resource Definitions from scratch and authoring Helm Charts, and other KRM-based assets for deployment
The candidates should have practical experience in developing production-grade software automation for build, test, scan, and publishing CI pipelines, and how to orchestrate test channels to work in scheduling test channel runs overall
The candidates should have knowledge of working in an Agile manner (Sprint manner, leading small teams for task work, task planning) as well as standard toolsets (GitLab, Jenkins, Spinnaker, JIRA, SonarCube, Grafana, and Loki)
The candidates should have a working understanding of DAST/SAST technologies and how they are applied in a product and solution context
The candidates should possess leadership skills to drive agile engineering as needed
The candidates should demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
The candidates should have excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Responsibilities:

The candidates should be able to innovate beyond the confines of physical devices to a future where cloud technology connects and enhances the human experience, which is the core foundation of our Ericsson Cloud Software & Services (BCSS) team
The candidates should be able to contribute to the evolution of 5G core network products as part of the core network engineering team within BCSS
The candidates should be able to build, integrate, secure, validate, and release the Solution Deliverables as part of the overall Programs Scope (Product and Solution) as a DevOps Developer
The candidates should be able to work with other Solution DevOps Developers to implement the Solution Designs and realize their implementation in various development environments and settings as the Solution Programs dictate
The candidates should be able to handle product life cycle, including release and delivery
The candidates should be able to develop a branching strategy in cooperation with Software Configurations Managers
The candidates should be able to coordinate third-party product (3PP) coordination
The candidates should be able to handle feature, license, and license key handling
The candidates should be able to agree on the scope of release with OSL Lead
The candidates should be able to educate in Configuration Management, 3PP handling, and Trade awareness
The candidates should be able to code, write, deploy, test, validate, and deliver technical assets within the overall Solution development processes and models based on the direction of the Core3 and System Management/Sponsor requirements
The candidates should be able to create/update Release Notes skeletons, TOLs, Deployment Guides, Installation Instructions, Operational Guides, One-Pagers
The candidates should be able to work with Development, IV, QA, Release, and Security Teams to code, develop, test, and deliver technical assets in the Programs
The candidates should be able to update delivery pages with release information as Sprint-to-Sprint Deliverables are realized and work in Sprint-based DevOps Environments
The candidates should be able to create new releases working with release team and develop automation pipelines that implement the Testing Strategy, Framework, and Tooling sets outlined in by the TTC and System Management and TSO functions for the Program
The candidates should be able to develop MicroServices and adapt existing microservice platforms to accommodate Program Delivery Needs
