Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 to less than 3 years
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be physically capable of meeting demanding job requirements, including tasks involving bending, crouching, kneeling, and handling heavy loads
- The candidates should demonstrate attention to detail in their work, possessing hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for accurate task performance
- The candidates should be comfortable with tasks involving bending, crouching, kneeling, and standing for extended periods if required
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to troubleshoot, diagnose, and inspect equipment to detect faults and malfunctions, using computerized and other testing equipment to determine the extent of repair required
- The candidates should be able to adjust equipment, repair or replace defective parts, and test repaired equipment for proper performance to ensure that work meets manufacturers’ specifications
- The candidates should be able to clean, lubricate, and perform other maintenance work, including servicing attachments, working tools, and emission control systems, as well as performing repair work on heavy trucks and other routine maintenance tasks
