Salary: $17.55 hourly for 35 hours per week
Employment Type: Seasonal employment Full time – Remote work available
Location: 1550 South Gateway Road Mississauga, ON L4W 5K3
Shifts: Weekend, Flexible Hours
Work setting: Remote location
Supervision: No supervision responsibility
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Area of specialization: Audio/audio-visual, interactive/new media, brand management, and digital media
Computer and technology knowledge: Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, WordPress, and social media
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work under pressure, be capable of meeting tight deadlines, and have attention to detail
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate client focus, possess efficient interpersonal skills, exhibit excellent oral and written communication, and display flexibility
- The candidates should show initiative, exercise good judgment, and be organized, as well as be a team player, accurate in their work, and demonstrate dependability and reliability
- The candidates should uphold integrity, be a quick learner, and perform due diligence in their work
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to conduct comparative research on marketing strategies for industrial and commercial products and assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other materials
- The candidates should be able to develop, implement, and evaluate communication strategies and programs, gather, research, and prepare communications material, and prepare and/or deliver educational, publicity, and information programs, materials, and sessions
- The candidates should be able to prepare or oversee the preparation of reports, briefs, bibliographies, speeches, presentations, website content, and press releases, as well as conduct social or economic surveys on local, regional, or international areas to assess the development of potential and future trends and develop a portfolio of marketing materials
