Salary: $18.00 hourly for 40 to 44 hours per week

Location: Summerside, PE
Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, Flexible Hours
Supervision: 16-20 people
Budgetary responsibility: $500,001 – $1,500,000
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 5 years or more
Computer and technology knowledge: Accounting software, Electronic cash register, Point of sale system
Credentials: Responsible Beverage Service Certificate
Security and safety: Bondable, and Basic security clearance
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to work effectively under pressure
- The candidates should be prepared for physically demanding tasks and demonstrate attention to detail in their work
- The candidates should be able to stand for extended periods, maintaining focus and productivity
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should prioritize client focus and demonstrate dependability
- The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills and exhibit excellent oral and written communication
- The candidates should demonstrate flexibility in their approach to tasks and maintain an organized work style

- The candidates should have the ability to multitask effectively while maintaining quality and efficiency
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, including monitoring revenues to determine labor cost
- The candidates should be able to recruit, train, and supervise staff, setting work schedules and conducting performance reviews
- The candidates should be able to balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms, while ensuring health and safety regulations are followed
- The candidates should be able to address customers’ complaints or concerns, providing excellent customer service
