Salary: $88,000 to $100,000 annually (To be negotiated) for 35 hours per week

Transportation information: Willing to travel
Supervision: 3-4 people
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 3 to less than 5 years
Budgetary responsibility: $100,001 – $500,000

Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to develop promotional materials creatively and effectively, aligning with organizational goals and target audience preferences, and assist in product development and direct and evaluate the marketing strategies of establishments, ensuring alignment with market trends and consumer needs
- The candidates should be able to direct and evaluate establishments and departments that develop and implement communication strategies and information programs, fostering effective internal and external communication, and establish distribution networks for products and services, initiate market research studies, and analyze their findings to inform strategic decisions
- The candidates should be able to plan, direct, and evaluate the activities of firms and departments that develop and implement advertising campaigns, maximizing the impact of promotional efforts, and plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the design, development, and maintenance of Internet and Intranet sites, managing an organization’s online presence effectively
- The candidates should be able to assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other materials, ensuring accuracy and consistency in messaging, and coordinate special publicity events and promotions, leveraging opportunities to enhance brand visibility and engagement
- The candidates should be able to develop and organize workshops, meetings, ceremonies, and other events for publicity, fundraising, and information purposes, engaging stakeholders effectively, and prepare and/or deliver educational, publicity, and information programs, materials, and sessions, disseminating knowledge and fostering awareness on relevant topics
