Shifts: Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, On Call, Early Morning, Morning
Transportation information: Own transportation, Own vehicle, and Valid driver’s licence
Supervision: More than 20 people

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Asset languages: Urdu and Punjabi
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Service experience: 911 Emergency Services, delivery, and taxi 
Security and safety: Criminal record check, Driving record check (abstract), Drug test, Basic security clearance

  • The candidates should demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in their work, ensuring accuracy and precision even under pressure

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should prioritize client focus in their interactions and tasks, demonstrating excellent oral communication abilities and efficient interpersonal skills for effective communication
  • The candidates should also showcase excellent written communication skills, being organized in managing tasks and responsibilities, and demonstrating reliability in fulfilling their duties consistently

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to ensure the accuracy of completed time sheets, payroll, and other summaries to facilitate efficient record-keeping and payroll processing, while also maintaining work records and logs to track employee activities and job assignments, ensuring accurate documentation
  • The candidates should be able to monitor personnel workloads and locations to ensure efficient deployment of resources, while also performing general office duties such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents, contributing to the smooth operation of the office
  • The candidates should be able to provide customer service to address inquiries and concerns effectively, while also advising vehicle operators of traffic and other problems to ensure safe and timely transportation, prioritizing safety and efficiency in operations
  • The candidates should be able to assist with the maintenance of communications equipment to facilitate effective communication between personnel, while also communicating with ships, aircraft, and other remote operations as necessary to coordinate activities, ensuring seamless collaboration across locations
  • The candidates should be able to contact customers to deliver requested wakeup calls or provide other assistance, while also dispatching personnel according to schedules and work orders to meet operational requirements, ensuring timely completion of tasks
  • The candidates should be able to dispatch personnel as required by emergency situations, prioritizing safety and swift response, while also following up on issues with work orders to ensure timely resolution, maintaining operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • The candidates should be able to keep track of shipments to monitor delivery schedules and ensure customer satisfaction, while also having knowledge of cross-border dispatching regulations and practices to facilitate smooth international operations
  • The candidates should be able to have knowledge of highway trucking and associated rules and regulations to ensure compliance and safety, while also maintaining vehicle operator work records to track performance and compliance, ensuring accountability and efficiency
  • The candidates should be able to operate radio equipment to maintain communication with personnel, while also accurately recording mileage, fuel use, repairs, and other expenses related to vehicle operations, ensuring financial transparency and accountability
  • The candidates should be able to schedule assignments and coordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment to optimize efficiency and productivity, ensuring smooth operation and resource allocation
