Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, Shift, Overtime, On Call, Flexible Hours, To be determined, Early Morning, Morning
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have attention to detail and be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- The candidates should be comfortable with repetitive tasks and able to meet tight deadlines
- The candidates should be able to work under pressure
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have client focus and possess efficient interpersonal skills
- The candidates should be flexible, organized, and exhibit reliability
- The candidates should be team players
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to maintain work records and logs, monitor personnel workloads and locations, and perform general office duties
- The candidates should be able to provide customer service, assist with the maintenance of communications equipment, and dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders
- The candidates should be able to follow-up on issues with work orders, handle wake-up calls, and keep track of shipments
- The candidates should be knowledgeable about cross-border dispatching regulations and practices, as well as maintain vehicle operator work records and record mileage, fuel use, repairs, and other expenses
