Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language.
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

- The candidate should be able to monitor personnel workloads and locations

- The candidate should be able to advise vehicle operators of traffic and other problems
- The candidate should be able to assist with maintenance of communications equipment
- The candidate should be able to dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders
- The candidate should be able to follow-up on issues with work orders
- The candidate should be able to knowledge of highway trucking and associated rules and regulations
- The candidate should be able to maintain vehicle operator work records
- The candidate should be able to operate computer-aided communications and dispatching equipment
- The candidate should be able to receive requests for emergency assistance or service
- The candidate should be able to record mileage, fuel use, repairs and other expenses
- The candidate should be able to schedule assignments and co-ordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews and equipment
