Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as Other trades certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Area of work experience: Assembly line and Framing and shingling
Area of specialization: Doors and door frames
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be experienced in operating power tools for various tasks
- The candidates should be proficient in using small hand tools to perform detailed work
- The candidates should have knowledge and skill in operating nail guns for construction or woodworking projects
- The candidates should be familiar with pneumatic devices and their applications in relevant work settings
- The candidates should be adept at using precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate and detailed work
- The candidates should possess a strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of their work
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate excellent oral communication skills, effectively conveying information with clarity and professionalism
- The candidates should exhibit flexibility, adapting to changing circumstances and tasks as required
- The candidates should be organized in their approach to work, maintaining order and structure in tasks and responsibilities

Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to assemble wood products such as window sashes, doors, boxes, pallets, ladders, and barrels
- The candidates should be able to record information on products inspected
- The candidates should be able to read blueprints, written specifications, and production drawings
- The candidates should be able to pack items for shipping and distribution
- The candidates should be able to reinforce assembled products with dowelling or other supports
- The candidates should be able to install hardware such as knobs and hinges
- The candidates should be able to inspect wood products for conformance to quality standards
- The candidates should be able to mark defective parts or products for repair
- The candidates should be able to trim, smooth, and shape surfaces
- The candidates should be able to make minor adjustments and repairs
