Supervision: 1 to 2 people
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 3 to less than 5 years
Own tools/equipment: Hard hat, safety glasses/goggles, and steel-toed safety boots
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working at heights and able to tolerate dusty conditions
- The candidates should be able to work in noisy environments
- The candidates should be capable of bending, crouching, and kneeling, as well as able to stand for extended periods
- The candidates should be able to handle heavy loads and lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs), and they should have experience with weight handling
- The candidates should be prepared for physically demanding tasks and able to work under tight deadlines

- The candidates should demonstrate dependability and reliability while being a team player

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to apply, level, and smooth coats of plaster effectively for a polished finish
- The candidates should be able to cut and install metal corner beads to protect exterior corners with precision
- The candidates should be able to measure, cut, fit, and install drywall sheets accurately for seamless integration
- The candidates should be able to cut openings in lath for heating and ventilation piping, ducts, and electrical outlets as needed
- The candidates should be able to install acoustic tile, hangers for suspended ceilings, and metal studs for composition wallboard or lath proficiently
- The candidates should be able to install corner beads and wire mesh around beams for plaster application securely
- The candidates should be able to install metal stud framing and furring for interior drywall or plaster walls and ceilings, utilizing hand and power tools effectively
- The candidates should be able to prepare wall and ceiling layouts according to project specifications
- The candidates should be able to work at heights, on scaffolding, or swing stages safely and efficiently
