Kids Zone Child Care Centre Ltd. offer a variety of programs for children of all ages, including infant and toddler care, preschool, and after-school care. Our programs are designed to encourage children to explore, learn, and develop their unique abilities and talents. We use a variety of age-appropriate activities and tools to ensure that each child receives the best possible learning experience. Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be a repetitive tasker
- The candidates should be able to sit, stand, walk, bend, crouch, and kneel for extended periods
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be dependable, judgmental, should have efficient interpersonal skills, and be able to work as a team player
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorized (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to bathe, diaper and feed infants and toddlers, tell stories, support early childhood educators in carrying out programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional and social development of children
- The candidates should be able to assist early childhood educators or supervisors in keeping records, engage children in activities by telling stories, teaching songs and preparing crafts, maintain daycare equipment and assist in housekeeping and cooking duties
- The candidates should be able to prepare snacks and arrange rooms or furniture for lunch and rest periods, submit written observations on children to early childhood educators or supervisors
- The candidates should be able to discuss progress and problems of children at staff meetings
- The candidates should be able to attend staff meetings to discuss progress and problems of children
