Salary: $14.00 to $16.00 hourly (To be negotiated) 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: North Battleford, SK
Shifts: Day, Shift, Flexible Hours, Morning
Work setting: Before and after school programs, Child care centre

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the Bilingual Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as other trades certificate or diploma or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Credentials: Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate, Emergency child care first aid and CPR
Security and safety: Vulnerable sector check, Criminal record check

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should demonstrate punctuality, dependability, and possess efficient interpersonal skills
  • The candidates should demonstrate flexibility, have interpersonal awareness, and be reliable
  • The candidates should be team players

Candidate Status:

  • Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
  • International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to develop and implement child-care programs that support and promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children
  • The candidates should be able to plan and maintain an environment that protects the health, security, and well-being of children
