Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have complete College/CEGEP
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Credentials: Food allergy and anaphylaxis training, Member of the College of Early Childhood Educators (CECE), Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate, First Aid Certificate, CPR Certificate
Security and safety: Criminal record check, Immunization records, Vulnerable sector check
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should consistently exhibit punctuality and be known for their dependability
- The candidates should demonstrate flexibility in their work and be recognized for their reliability
- The candidates should be effective team players
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to develop and implement child-care programs that support and promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children
- The candidates should be able to provide opportunities for children to express creativity through the media of art, dramatic play, music, and physical activity, and should have knowledge of licensing regulations
- The candidates should be able to establish and maintain collaborative relationships with co-workers and community service providers working with children
- The candidates should be able to plan and maintain an environment that protects the health, security, and well-being of children
