Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the French Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Student status: Full-time enrollment, and Part-time enrollment
Credentials: Food allergy and anaphylaxis training, First Aid Certificate, and CPR Certificate
Security and safety: Criminal record check, Immunization records, and Vulnerable sector check
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate attention to detail in their work, be adaptable to a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, and be comfortable with bending, crouching, and kneeling as required
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should prioritize punctuality in their work and exhibit dependability in their tasks and commitments
- The candidates should demonstrate excellent oral communication skills and show flexibility in their approach to tasks
- The candidates should exercise good judgment in decision-making and be reliable in meeting job responsibilities
- The candidates should be team players, collaborating effectively with colleagues, and uphold values and ethics in their professional conduct

Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to assist co-workers in housekeeping and cooking duties and assist early childhood educators in carrying out programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children
- The candidates should be able to lead activities by telling or reading stories, teaching songs, and taking children to local points of interest, and encourage children to express creativity through art, dramatic play, music, and physical activity
- The candidates should be able to engage children in activities by telling stories, teaching songs, and preparing crafts, and guide and assist children in the development of proper eating, dressing, and toilet habits
- The candidates should be able to prepare snacks and arrange rooms or furniture for lunch and rest periods, submit written observations on children to early childhood educators or supervisors, and establish and maintain collaborative relationships with co-workers and community service providers working with children
