Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as college, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 5 years or more
Equipment and machinery experience: Conventional electrical devices
Area of specialization: Heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) system
Own tools/equipment: Safety equipment/gear, Tools, Steel-toed safety boots, Hard hat
Credentials: Electrician Trade Certification
Security and safety: Basic security clearance, Driving record check (abstract)

- The candidates should be willing to for overtime
Other Requirements:

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to professionalism in customer service, install, replace and repair electrical controls and panel boxes, keep maintenance reports and documentation
- The candidates should be able to design and construct single-phase service for single or multimeter installations, splice, join and connect wires
- The candidates should be able to test and measure voltage, loads, ground faults integrity of circuits, troubleshoot and isolate faults
- The candidates should be able to install surface mount and/or overhead cables, instruct apprentices
- The candidates should be able to install power generation, stand-by power generation and power conditioning systems, supervise other workers
- The candidates should be able to estimate costs and materials, renovate electrical systems in residential and commercial structures
- The candidates should be able to conduct preventive maintenance programs, read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings and specifications
