Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as registered Apprenticeship certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 to less than 3 years
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should demonstrate professionalism in customer service and be able to install underground wiring and cables
- The candidates should be able to install, replace, and repair electrical controls and panel boxes, design and construct single-phase and low voltage multiphase service, and splice, join, and connect wires
- The candidates should be able to test and measure voltage, loads, ground faults, and circuit integrity, troubleshoot and isolate faults, connect power to audio and visual equipment, and install surface mount and/or overhead cables
- The candidates should be able to design and construct power generation and conditioning systems, ground and bond electrical equipment, systems, and structures, and renovate electrical systems in residential and commercial structures
- The candidates should be able to determine appropriate materials and methods for hazardous locations and read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications
