Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of a high school diploma
Experience: Candidates should have at least 2 years of directly related experience
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate the ability to remain composed and adapt to a diverse, fast-paced, and complex environment
- The candidates should have the ability to collaborate within a team environment as well as work independently
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should possess equivalency GED demonstrate intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), including calendar management
- The candidates should have experience with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive, a completed certificate in Office Administration (or equivalent)
- The candidates should have knowledge of Content Server/Livelink, Physical Objects, PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) and Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM), Power BI, and SAP Ariba
- The candidates should possess well-developed communication skills, demonstrate advanced organizational and time management skills to prioritize and complete tasks within short timelines
- The candidates should have a commitment to customer focus while serving both internal and external customers
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to provide administrative support, including front-line and reception duties
- The candidate should be able to perform clerical tasks, data entry, and manage records efficiently
- The candidate should be able to deliver excellent customer service to both internal and external clients
- The candidate should be able to assist with financial, accounting, and legal administrative services
- The candidate should be able to perform duties related to purchasing, warehousing, and inventory control
