Shift: On-Site, Evenings and weekends

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates should have considerable experience in the relevant field

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be available to work all 18 days of the fair (August 16th – September 2nd, 2024), including evenings and weekends
  • The candidates should be 21 years of age or older

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have a full G license and An interest in music is encouraged and previous customer service experience
  • The candidates should be energetic, confident, reliable, punctual, and courteous
  • The candidates should be able to attend Mandatory Orientation and Job Specific Training Sessions
  • The candidates should possess problem-solving skills in addition to advanced customer service interaction

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to provide safe transportation to and from destinations throughout the GTA
  • The candidates should be able to demonstrate advanced customer service skills, representing the CNE to external stakeholders in high-pressure situations
  • The candidates should be able to effectively problem solve and demonstrate a strong understanding of mapped routes in the GTA
  • The candidates should be able to maintain a positive attitude throughout long hours spent on the road
  • The candidates should be able to be comfortable with driving and navigating major highways and roadways in the GTA
  • The candidates should be able to follow directions and basic instructions effectively and on standby at any time
  • The candidates should be able to understand the importance of delivering clients in a timely manner
