Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language

Experience: Candidates should have considerable experience in the relevant field
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should hold a lift-truck operator certification, be at least 18 years of age, the ability to work autonomously, adapt to different situations, and manage stress effectively
- The candidates should be available to work shifts, weekends, holidays, nights, and occasional overtime, be available on-call 24/7, with a minimum of 2 hours’ notice
- The candidates should be able to work partially outdoors in various weather and environmental conditions, regularly work in environments with dust, pollen, noise, and vibrations
- The candidates should be physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 70 pounds occasionally, climb and balance, grip handholds while working at heights of 4–8 feet (1–2 meters) off the ground
- The candidates should be able to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, and perform overhead work
,good hand-eye coordination - The candidates should be proficient with tools such as shovels, rods and pry bars, sledgehammers, jackhammers, wrenches, hand and power drills, hand tools, and technical instruments (meters)
- The candidates should have the ability to operate heavy equipment such as a backhoe, trencher, and directional drill
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have General Education Diploma (GED), possess a valid driver’s license
- The candidates should demonstrate good teamwork and maintain positive interactions with others, good verbal, reading comprehension, and writing skills
- The candidates should be dedicated to meeting established standards of quality, safety, productivity, and client satisfaction
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to perform basic hand and horn signals to guide Heavy Equipment Operators, lift, carry, place, and remove inter-box connectors (IBCs)
- The candidates should be able to drive pickups, hitch trucks, and yard tractors safely and efficiently, perform various tasks to ensure proper setup of guides on rail cars
- The candidates should be able to set up rail cars and assist Heavy Equipment Operators with loading and unloading containers, empty chassis, and trailers to and from rail cars
- The candidates should be able to shunt inbound and outbound loads to and from railcars, lift rail car hitches safely and correctly
- The candidates should be able to load reefers from carters, connect and disconnect gensets (portable fossil-fuel powered generators)
- The candidates should be able to place, remove, lock, and unlock train connectors, ensure proper container and trailer placement on rail cars
- The candidates should be able to operate yard tractors, forklifts, and small cranes effectively, complete all paperwork associated with the loading and unloading of railcars and trailers accurately
- The candidates should be able to operate heavy equipment, including mobile cranes (primarily ‘reach stackers’) to lift containers to and from railcars and truck chassis
