Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have Diploma from an Esthetician program approved by the Ministry of Training Colleges and Universities 1,200-hour program or a related field of study
Experience: Candidates should have minimum 5 years of practical experience as an esthetician

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should possess highly effective communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • The candidates should demonstrate various esthetic procedures and techniques to students and standing for extended periods, performing hands-on demonstrations, and closely interacting with students in a classroom or lab setting

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have an equivalent combination of post-secondary education and related practical work experience
  • The candidates should have knowledge of the industry, including facial treatments, nail care, body treatments, and hair removal
  • The candidates should have experience in the training and development of staff

  • The candidates should be able to facilitate and guide learning, providing an effective learning environment for all students within our practical labs
  • The candidates should be able to provide a learning environment that effectively uses available resources, including educational technologies and the College-approved Learning Management System
  • The candidates should be able to evaluate student progress/achievement and assume responsibility for assessing the student’s work within assigned courses
  • The candidates should be able to contribute to the development and creation of a learning environment conducive to success for all students
