Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 to less than 3 years’
Own tools/equipment: Cellular phone, Internet access, Computer

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • The candidates should be able to work with attention to detail

Other Requirements:

  • The candidate should be client focus, and initiative
  • The candidates should have efficient interpersonal skills

Candidate Status:

  • The candidates should be able to determine strategic planning related to new product lines, organize regional and divisional sales operations
  • The candidates should be able to establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales
  • The candidates should be able to lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts
  • The candidates should be able to plan, direct and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale and retail and other establishments
  • The candidates should be able to recruit, organize, train and manage staff
