Work setting: Plastic products manufacturers
Supervision:1 to 2 people
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 to less than 3 years
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be capable of handling repetitive tasks and able to handle heavy loads
- The candidates should be physically fit for demanding tasks and possess manual dexterity for precise work
- The candidates should have a high level of attention to detail and demonstrate effective hand-eye coordination
- The candidates should be adaptable to a combination of sitting, standing, and walking during work
- The candidates should be capable of handling loads up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate excellent oral communication skills and exercise good judgment in decision-making
- The candidates should be organized in their approach to work and be effective team players
- The candidates should exhibit flexibility in their approach to tasks and be reliable in meeting job responsibilities
- The candidates should uphold values and ethics in the workplace

- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of production workers operating processing machines and fabricating, assembling, finishing, or inspecting plastic or rubber parts and products
- The candidates should establish methods to meet work schedules, coordinate work activities with other units, and recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions
- The candidates should prepare production and other reports, recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality, and set up machines and equipment
- The candidates should train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies and requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
