Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the French Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working in a dusty and noisy fast-paced environment, possessing good hand-eye coordination
- The candidates should be experienced in handling repetitive tasks in a physically demanding role, capable of standing for extended periods while adapting to a combination of sitting, standing, and walking tasks
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be punctual, consistently arriving on time for scheduled activities
- The candidates should take initiative, proactively seeking opportunities to contribute and improve processes
- The candidates should be reliable, consistently delivering quality work and meeting expectations
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to transport raw materials, finished products, and equipment throughout the plant manually or using powered equipment, performing other laboring and elemental activities
- The candidates should be able to sort, pack, crate, and package materials and products, as well as clean machines and immediate work areas
