SHP Firewood Sales Ltd is a trusted supplier of high-quality firewood products for residential and commercial customers. Specializing in seasoned and kiln-dried firewood, SHP Firewood Sales offers a variety of wood types, including birch, pine, and hardwood, to suit different heating and cooking needs. The candidates selected for the vacancy will be required to start the work as soon as possible.

Salary: $19.00 hourly for 30 to 44 hours per week
Employment Type: Seasonal employment Full time
Location: Caroline, AB
Shifts: Day, Weekend, Overtime, Morning
Transportation information: Own transportation and Public transportation is not available
Work setting: Warehouse, Rural area, and Retail/wholesale establishment/distribution centre
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English or French Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Equipment and machinery experience: Light trucks and Dollies and hand trucks
Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots, Safety glasses/goggles, and Gloves
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in dusty environments as required by the job duties and be capable of working in hot conditions
- The candidates should be comfortable working in noisy environments and willing to work outdoors as necessary for the job responsibilities
- The candidates should excel in a fast-paced environment, effectively managing tasks and responsibilities, and be proficient in handling repetitive tasks efficiently and accurately
- The candidates should be capable of safely handling heavy loads as required by the job and be prepared for physically demanding tasks as part of the job requirements
- The candidates should be able to stand for extended periods throughout the workday, manage a large workload effectively, and work well under pressure, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards
- The candidates should be able to handle weights of up to 23 kg (50 lbs) as necessary for their duties

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to transport raw materials, finished products, and equipment throughout the plant manually or using powered equipment, check and weigh materials and products, and sort, pack, crate, and package materials and products
- The candidates should be able to assist machine operators, assemblers, and other workers, perform other laboring and elemental activities, and clean machines and immediate work areas
- The candidates should be able to weigh materials and goods, operate a variety of equipment to load, unload, and move materials and products, and load, unload, and move products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment
