Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need any degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Security and safety: Criminal record check
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working in dusty conditions and able to work in noisy environments
- The candidates should be adaptable to a fast-paced environment and willing to handle repetitive tasks
- The candidates should be capable of handling heavy loads and physically capable of performing demanding tasks
- The candidates should possess manual dexterity for precise work and have a high level of attention to detail
- The candidates should demonstrate hand-eye coordination skills and be comfortable standing for extended periods
- The candidates should be adaptable to a combination of sitting, standing, and walking and able to manage a large workload
- The candidates should be able to work effectively under pressure and capable of lifting up to 23 kg (50 lbs)

- The candidates should prioritize punctuality and timely attendance
- The candidates should be dependable in completing assigned tasks and show initiative in taking on responsibilities
- The candidates should exhibit flexibility in adapting to various work requirements and be reliable in completing assigned tasks
- The candidates should be team players, fostering collaboration within the organization
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to transport raw materials, finished products, and equipment throughout the plant manually or using powered equipment
- The candidates should be able to check and weigh materials and products, as well as sort, pack, crate, and package them
- The candidates should be able to assist machine operators, assemblers, and other workers and perform other laboring and elemental activities
- The candidates should be able to clean machines and immediate work areas
